After you submit a withdrawal request, our team runs a short verification check — typically completed within one to two hours during business hours. Once approved, settlement to your UPI handle usually arrives within a few hours. Weekend requests may take slightly longer during peak periods.

We accept Aadhaar card and PAN card for identity verification. Upload clear photographs or scans of both documents through the KYC section of your account. Verification is normally confirmed within 24 hours, after which your full withdrawal limit becomes active.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. When you log in, the platform detects your region and displays only the game categories available to your account. If a category is greyed out, it is not accessible in your region under current rules.

In most cases the bank reverses a failed UPI debit automatically within 48 hours. If the reversal has not appeared after that window, open a live chat and share your UPI transaction reference number. We will trace the payment and coordinate with the payment gateway on your behalf.
